Cannot Use Tools in Photoshop due to Hidden Channel Error

If you are getting error messages when using a tool in Photoshop due to a target channel that is hidden.

Uncheck the “Edit in Quick Mask Mode” in the Select Menu.

This happened to me when I accidentally checked the “Edit in Quick Mask Mode”

I hope this fixes your problem when you see the error message.
