According to reports, the first trailer will be revealed exclusively at CinemaCon and will be released publicly on August 23 or August 24. The trailer is expected to focus on Doctor Strange’s (Benedict Cumberbatch) role in establishing the multiverse in the first 30 minutes of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Rumors also suggest that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will not appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home until the second trailer, as their roles are scheduled for the second and third acts of the film.
A trailer leak confirms several rumors, beginning where Spider-Man: Far from Home left off and eventually ending with Dr. Otto Octavius, better known as Doctor Octopus, played by Alfred Molina, saying, “Hello, Peter.”
